1. Acceptance

By installing or using PullMate ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description

PullMate is a Chrome extension that enhances GitHub pull request reviews with a sidebar, progress tracking, notes, and related tools. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GitHub.

3. License & Payments

The Extension is offered under a freemium model:

• Free tier — available at no cost with core features.
• Pro tier — paid license required for additional features (unlimited notes, time tracker, custom templates).

Pro licenses are sold via Dodo Payments. Payment processing, tax handling, and invoicing are handled by Dodo Payments under their terms. License keys are delivered by email after purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for Pro license purchases are handled through Dodo Payments. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the Extension does not function as described. To request a refund, contact support via the channels below. Lifetime license refunds follow the same 14-day policy.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension except as permitted by law.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension or its license keys.
• Use the Extension in violation of applicable laws or GitHub's Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The authors are not liable for any damages arising from its use.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
