How does the trial work?
You can use up to 2 private inline notes per PR for free. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited notes, time tracking, and all checklist templates.
How do I purchase Pro?
Click "Upgrade to Pro" above to purchase a license through Dodo Payments. You'll receive a license key via email after payment.
How do I activate my license?
Open the PullMate extension settings (right-click the icon → Options), paste your license key into the "License Key" field, and click Activate. Your Pro features will unlock immediately.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. If your Pro license expires, you gracefully downgrade to the Free tier. Your data (notes, settings) is preserved.
Is there a lifetime option?
Yes, a lifetime license is available for a one-time payment of $49. It never expires and includes all future Pro features within the current major version.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If PullMate Pro doesn't fit your workflow, contact support within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Lifetime purchases are covered by the same policy.
